Have you ever been interested in the great opportunities in buying Foreclosed properties? Let us show you around. This is a rare bus tour where we will drive you around the areas, showing you both rehabbed houses and for sale properties. We have put together a program for new and seasoned investors to capitalize on this perfect storm of investing and buy up properties for pennies on the dollar that sold for up to $200,000 just a few short years ago. Our team has assembled real estate agents, a general contractor, leasing agents, property managers, and the financing to make this a rare turn-key investment.

The tour will leave at noon on Saturday, September 12, from Robbinsdale and will take approximately 2-3 hours. We handle parking, finding the properties, and logistics. You simply sit back and listen and see how so many investors are taking advantage of these great deals. Because of limited seating, a reservation is required. Contact us now!

This tour sounds great! How much my neighborhood looks forward to new home owners and what great bargains there are to be had!

And, you know, Lavender Magazine just named North Minneapolis (NoMi) the city’s hottest gayborhood, which is a sure sight of revitalization busting out all over.

So, yes, bring us some new residents. But please don’t bring us any slumlords. We don’t take kindly to slumlords ’round these parts.

I want to see good investment of all kinds in my neighborhoods, and that includes landlords and people who buy homes and resell for a profit.

And while current home prices are perhaps undervalued, it is disingenuous of this site to imply that prices will rapidly increase to the inflated $200,000 levels seen in the recent past.

I’ve also said that I hope people who come into my neighborhood and do the right thing make good money that way. However, we will watch for bad actors and hold property owners accountable. So if you want to buy a house and do shoddy work before attempting a quick resale, or if you bring in renters who cause problems in our community, then your best bet is to stay in Robbinsdale.

To anyone wanting to engage with the community, keep properties up to code, bring in good owners or tenants, let’s get on that bus.

Looking forward to this tour Scott. I think it is a great idea to put on this type of event. What an awesome real estate market for fix and flippers!

Will the tour include homes in south Minneapolis? Or only in the north? Thanks!

Not at this time. We will be concentrating on Brooklyn Park, Brooklyn Center, Robbinsdale, Fridley, and North Minneapolis.

This is actually a fairly good idea… I’m thinking about maybe combining this tactic with my turnkey auction bid service that I offer clients looking to pick up foreclosures at auctions with cash or hard money loans.
