The government is raising taxes, fees, and everything they possibly can.  Since they are losing so much tax revenue from people losing their jobs in this economy, the only place they have to turn is to people they know have money.  Landlords collect rent (usually) so it&#039;s a guaranteed win for the gov.</description>
