Stupid Property Repairs #9

I ran across this property in St. Paul on Marshall Avenue. Nice looking Duplex on the outside. Someone had too much time on their hands. Now I understand what they mean by Wall to Wall Carpet and vinyl!


Wall to wall aright	Not sure what these 9″ nails are for	So much pad you sunk in about 4″


Vinyl on the walls	Did this guy work at a vinyl store?	Lastly, they tiled the cabinet door!

Clearly this homeowner worked somewhere to get all this vinyl and other floor covering!

Even crazier, the ” 9″ nails” are actually tent stakes. Of course that still doesn’t explain why they are there
