Wow, at least that’s a repair that doesn’t cause any harm. The worst are repairs that actually CAUSE long-term damage – like “repairing” a skylight that then causes water to come into the house (argh… I saw that in a property my friend was looking at…yipe!)

That picture of the sheetrock over the light switch plate is hilarious. I’ve never heard of anyone being so lazy that they wouldn’t bother to take off the switch plate.
