I crack up seeing this series!!  Believe me, these type of things aren&#039;t just happening in your neck of the woods!  I looked at a property over the weekend which had a huge culvert in the front yard.  Not what you would thing though, it was mounted VERTICALLY!!  straight down into the ground, at the bottom of which was a large pool of water with a pump circulating the water endlessly into itself.  I was told it was a sump pump, but...  looked to me more like a graveyard waiting to happen.</description>
