I have been collecting some interesting pictures over the last 30 days. I haven’t found one house that was completely stupid, but a one or two in several houses. Here we go:

I crack up seeing this series!! Believe me, these type of things aren’t just happening in your neck of the woods! I looked at a property over the weekend which had a huge culvert in the front yard. Not what you would thing though, it was mounted VERTICALLY!! straight down into the ground, at the bottom of which was a large pool of water with a pump circulating the water endlessly into itself. I was told it was a sump pump, but… looked to me more like a graveyard waiting to happen.
These are awesome Scott! It is amazing to see what kind of crazy repairs people do to their properties.
I am always amazed at the homes we see out there as agents. Thanks for the Monday morning laugh today.
