We then explore the different segments of property investment to determine what area fits best with your goals, lifestyle, time constraints, financial requirements, and risk tolerance.

We start with a detailed financial review to determine the best way for each client to finance the purchase of investment properties and what types of properties would work best. Options include single- or multi-family properties and those with a large monthly cash flow or long term capital appreciation.

I then run a personalized search , based on the review results, that produces hundreds of available investment properties in Minnesota. By using a detailed spreadsheet (shown below), the best performing properties for each client are identified. All the time, keeping the customer’s goals in mind.

After touring the identified investment properties to evaluate the condition, I confirm and validate all the aspects of the property. Before putting in an offer, I again confirm the financial details of the property with your mortgage broker. If they still meet the clients financial goals, we then put in an offer. After the offer is accepted, we have a licensed inspector inspect the property to confirm the property does not have any hidden issues.

After the purchase, I continue to support my customers by answering questions and providing recommendations as well as connect my clients with other members of my team.
