Appreciation is dependent upon the area it is located in, type of property (single family, duplex), market conditions, and property conditions.</description>

		<description>I only own a couple of investment properties, one of which I rented &quot;Section 8&quot;.  I had a great experience with the tenant and the program in general.  I admit being hesitant at first but it worked out well.  I keep my properties in good shape which I think helps the process.  It seems to me the tenants are motivated to maintain the property and pay on time or they will lose there aid.  This tenant no longer receives assistance through the program and now pays the full rent on her own.  She has been there over 5 years.</description>
