My house is listed under a hotel/motel residence. Called GRH and they told Me what they paid-NOT even close to what landlord said.I pay 585.00 a mo. out of MY own pocket. What should I do? Revenue said TOUGH. My time is running out(60 days to appeal) HELP! I am receiving SSI. Not a big deal. Not 100% sure, but technically, since you acknowledge that your landlord did send the CRP to you in the required time, he is not obligated to replace the form.
