Thanks for the nod on the reviews... I try to provide great info... it's always good seeing others validate it.

Your post is right on.  Quickbooks Pro is a great program and I use it for my businesses as well.  But, for myself anyway... I just found it a bit easier and more clean to do my property financials and recordkeeping w/ a property management software so I can have all of my property info all in one place.

But, once again... that's just me and to each their own.

Keep up the great work and the great info... and I'll most definitely be keeping an eye on your site.
