I tried this with the Dakota County assessor and they said tough luck, they were not re-evaluating properties and that I would have to wait for the &quot;two years rolling data&quot; before I would see the current market trend in the assessed value. Even when I had documented proof of recent homes sales, he said he would not look at. Gee, I am so glad I live in Dakota county.</description>

		<description>Excellent post, one of your better ones.  I&#039;m off to pull some comps and check with Anoka county.  By my calculations based on price per sq ft the value on my Coon Rapids rental house has dropped 10% in 2008.</description>
