		<description>I don&#039;t know if this information conflicts with Rob&#039;s business or not, but CEE, Center for Energy and Environment provides low cost loans for owners of rental property to make their holdings more energy efficient.  As I mentioned in a recent post,  that&#039;s an important selling feature as well as making units more attractive for renting if utilities will be more cost efficient as well.</description>
