I often get questions from new investors about how many properties they can buy now with the new mortgage regulations and restrictions.  Rob Bonahoom over at InvestmentMortgageGuy.com wrote a great piece on to buy 3 investment properties with virtually no money down.  Go over and read his Investment Property Mortgage post.

Thanks for sharing Rob’s post. I have worked with Rob as well and he does a great job. What a nice tool to take advantage of these foreclosures in this market.

what an awesome time it is to be looking to purchase investment property here in Minneapolis!

I don’t know if this information conflicts with Rob’s business or not, but CEE, Center for Energy and Environment provides low cost loans for owners of rental property to make their holdings more energy efficient. As I mentioned in a recent post, that’s an important selling feature as well as making units more attractive for renting if utilities will be more cost efficient as well.
