		<description>Be sure to repost your advertisement every other day as Craiglist is a scrolling site with LOTS of other ads to knock yours out of rotation.  You must also change up your ad or it will get flagged as spam so be sure to make each add a slight variation.  I found Craigslist to be the best source to advertise to well educated prospects.  (Educated about your property that is.)</description>
