I would like to make a cash offer, something like $35-40K, the community has several empty aptms and they are almost all listed for $60K.  Do you think that would be reasonable for me to make that offer? / Do I have chance of getting it?</description>

		<description>We are seeing the same thing in FLA accept not the freezing part of course!  the vacant homes are becoming moldy in the heat without the realtors or owners setting the temp to room temps.</description>
