I love helping investors renovate homes, but many of my investors invest in rental, and their cash flow is tied up in current properties.  We did 30 houses this year for Fanie Mae and other investors, but I would like to do more.  How would you suggest connecting with investors?  Are there networks where investors look for licensed contractors?</description>

A great couple bought a rental across the street for $25,000 and the duplex next door is on the market for $40,000.  Seriously, I would sleep better at night with these homes filled with nice renters and a great landlord like you.</description>
